Repairs and Modifications
In addition to the manufacture of new products, our facilities and experienced personnel enable us to perform any required repair or modification for existing equipment. Careful planning means that the quickest possible turnaround is achieved for every job. During any repair, we make specific recommendations to the client for improvements aimed at avoiding future problems and downtime.

Consulting and Design
At DANTEng® we offer a comprehensive design service and can provide full working drawings for specially built equipment. We can offer design services in much the same way as we would for our own in-house manufacture, with detailed drawings and specifications. This allows all of our clients to take advantage of state of the art 3D CAD software to model a new job and refine the design before they start manufacturing. We can provide all file formats for material processing as required.

This extends to modifications and design assessment of existing equipment for upgrades. We have in-house and consulting mechanical engineers to carry out component stress analysis using Finite Element Analysis for both new equipment and existing equipment upgrades.
